Basically, the overall "east of Lake Samammish" area has appreciated at a somewhat slower rate than many other Metro-Seattle areas, but still pretty briskly.

If you're into stats, Bob loves to amass them and has lots of well founded opinions on what it all means. I could never do it justice by synopsizing.. Browse through the stuff for whatever peaks your interest.

His most alarming bit is that the high end properties are appreciating at a faster rate than the low and mid ranges. This indicates a growing split between the middle class and the rich. Not a good sign, culturally, politically, or financially.

I'll try and give you some more specific Snoqualmie data a little later. Its not as inexpensive as one might imagine. The deals are still further out.. say Auburnish.
