I am in Calif and need to evict tenants from my house in Boulevard Park. Is there a reputable business/individual that can handle that for me?
Also, since the girl that signed the contract is not living in the house, do I have to go through the complete process, or can I just give them a certain amount of days to vacate?
Tks,
Dave

I'd suggest familiarizing yourself with the Landlord - Tenant Act as an important element. You can read it here and find other related resources. www.atg.wa.gov/consumer/lt/ffi.shtml
If you follow its guidelines it should keep you out of creating any conflicts that will jeapordize your position.

Perhaps somene else here can give you a referral to a reputable eviction service/attorney. If that doesn't happen immediately, I'll ask my Property Management people on Monday about who they use.

Seattle Tenant Landlord law Favors tenants pretty heavily. Read the laws carefully. My professional advice as a property manager is to hire a company to do it for you. It lessens the chances for any mistakes in the serving process and will hopefully make things easier for you in the long run.
